Where Women in Tech Connect, Grow, and Lead

Every time I attend a WAT event, it is so energizing to be surrounded by other professional, driven women. The community is so sweet and supportive, and it's filled with badasses who are leaders in their fields. I look forward to remaining an active participant in 2026!

WAT is one of those groups that you wish you had time to start and nurture but never get the time. I am thankful that the founding members made it happen. A welcoming group continues to grow by attracting women leaders and future leaders from across the area. It’s relaxed enough that we can be ourselves and share anything from simple life hacks to important contacts that lead to great colleagues, customers, partners and friends.

When I walk away from a WAT conversation, mixer, or event: I am energized, optimistic, and bursting with excitement about what I just learned, heard, and felt. I indeed BELONG here. Women are a driving force for innovation, culture, and growth, in tech and otherwise. We are better together, and WAT gives us the platform to learn and collaborate with the best and most inspiring female tech leaders.

Women Advancing Technology has become a powerful force in uplifting and empowering women in the tech industry. It’s more than a community — it’s a catalyst for connection, growth, and possibility. Through WAT, I’ve met countless inspiring, knowledgeable, and resilient women whose stories remind me how strong we are when we lift each other up. Every mixer leaves me energized, full of new ideas, new relationships, and renewed optimism for the future we’re building. Women in tech are shaping tomorrow, and being part of WAT makes me excited to help shape it too.

I build IT processes that allow business to scale and turn growth into momentum. I work for one of the Top 6 Privately held companies inside the United States of America, with over 36k employees and operations in 18 countries from over 200 locations globally. In a space where Latinas hold ~2% of leadership, I’m here to design and lead so that the 2% become many. My leadership style centers on building strong relationships and fostering open, honest communication. I inspire teams with optimism and a shared vision, encouraging everyone to contribute their best and embrace creativity. Above all, I strive to create an environment where people feel valued, motivated, and confident to achieve great things together.
