In 2011, Rachel co-founded Pivot Point Consulting—now Highspring—and led the company to become a nationally recognized leader in healthcare IT services. Under her guidance, the firm earned numerous accolades, including #1 Best in KLAS: Managed IT Services three years in a row. At Highspring, Rachel launched the Women’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) and the Be HER(d) LinkedIn Live series, which amplifies the voices of influential women across the tech and healthcare sectors.
